Job Description We are looking for a technically skilled and innovative Agent, MCP & Prompt Engineer to lead the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers . This role is critical to ensuring the performance, scalability, and interoperability of our AI ecosystem across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI agents tailored to specific SDLC stages (design, development, testing, deployment). Configure and manage MCP servers and their integration with development environments (IDEs, CI/CD tools, applications). Optimize prompt engineering and orchestration strategies to enhance agent performance and reliability. Ensure interoperability and scalability of AI components within the broader ecosystem. Continuously improve agent and MCP configurations based on performance metrics and user feedback. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, or AI-related systems. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and integration tools (IDEs, CI/CD). Experience in prompt engineering or conversational AI design is highly valued. Ability to manage complex configurations and ensure system interoperability. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
