Board International, global provider of the Intelligent Planning Platform, is currently looking for a results-driven **Customer Success Manager** to join our Professional Services team in Spain as part of our commitment to excellence in project delivery.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the customer becomes self-sufficient with the existing BOARD solutions, guaranteeing their adoption, utilization and return on investment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction so they can become a reference and a brand ambassador.
- Be a Board advocate, evangelist and trusted advisor able to maintain long-lasting relationship with the sponsor within the customer.
- Be in charge of knowledge transfer with the aim of improving customer skills and ability to use the platform.
- Involve the right people in order to provide the customer with the right skill set for a successful delivery.
- Provide customers with senior level escalation management.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer’s business in order to seize new business opportunities together with KAM, while ensuring their technical feasibility.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years’ experience working with CPM solutions in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of big data, predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases
- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong skills in building long-lasting relationships
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Fluency in English
