**Manager, HR Operations**

**THE ROLE**

As a Manager, HR Operations, you will lead a team responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of HR operational services. You will be instrumental in optimizing processes, implementing new technologies, and ensuring a seamless employee experience. You are a natural leader, focused on team development, and committed to operational excellence.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of key HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, data entry, employee data, benefits data).
- Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze existing HR workflows to identify inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance the employee experience and departmental productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies across HR operations globally
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders to align HR operations with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and system enhancements.
- Oversee the accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in the HRIS ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate reports as needed for management and other departments, providing insights into HR metrics and compliance status.

Support Performance Management process: While HR management sets strategic performance goals, HR operations implements review processes and ensures evaluations are completed on schedule

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP)
- Proven track record of process improvement and project management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

**WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT**
- Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Bachelor’'s degree or HR certification Experience managing global or multi-location HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
