We are looking for a B2C professional to take our onboarding, activation and usage strategy to the next level - there are no limits This role is key to the success of our goals
- You will be responsible for creating and optimizing the employee onboarding process and the success in the first weeks after launch.
- You will monitor ad-hoc company launches for VIP companies from an employee understanding point of view.
- You will create automated communications to ensure understanding and usage of new benefits.
- If you are a data and A/B Testing obsessive, every action you take aims to improve a KPI and be a gatekeeper of the communication flow from product to communications: This is your place.
**This is you**:
- You have 4+ years of experience working in B2C Marketing or Growth Marketing B2C, ideally both online and offline.
- You've got experience at a high growth B2C startup.
- You have a data-driven mindset able to develop theories and improvement points to achieve the ambitious objectives and conduct A/B Testing with marketing tools.
- You have extensive experience working with product teams and in-app communication tools.
- You've got a proven track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels in the product (transactional, Push Mobile, etc.), digital (SEM, SEO), PR and offline activations or events.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills.
**Some of your responsibilities will be**
- Responsible for B2C revenue growth and leading the build-out of our digital onboarding.
- Build our B2C growth engine on organic channels to drive explosive and sustainable long term acquisition of engaged users.
- Boost uptake rate by developing strategies to increase awareness and access to information client company employees through organic channels (existing database and client communication channels) and collaborating with the Marketing team to produce promotional assets.
- Plan and map our B2C customer journeys across the employee lifecycle.
- Define and implement the marketing automation strategy to complete the B2C customer journeys strategy.
- Liaising with multiple teams, customer success, product development, tech department to ensure fast growth.
- Channel experimentation: Test and launch new B2C channels (offline and online, preferably organic, and paid if necessary) to impact our existing database, assess the impact, optimize and scale the most successful initiatives, in deep collaboration with the product, customer care and customer experience crew.
- Monitor and analyze key onboarding, customer engagement, internal referral conversion, benefits usage, and retention metrics.
- Create playbooks and templates to ensure the marketing B2C guideline and Best practices
