**Role Overview**

**Position**: Freelance Tour Host / Local Guide
**Location**: San Sebastian
**Contract Type**: Freelance
**Compensation**: €120/day + performance-based bonuses
**Schedule**: Fully flexible — set your own hours

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead engaging private walking tours for individuals or small groups
- Share stories, traditions, and cultural insights about **San Sebastian**:

- Adapt tours to guest interests and pace
- Ensure a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience
- Represent **Guydeez** with professionalism and warmth

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of **San Sebastian’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and culture**:

- Fluency in at least one language: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, or others
- Comfortable hosting tours of **3-8 hours**:

- Friendly, engaging, and reliable personality
- Bonus: passion for **food and gastronomy** (highly valued for culinary tours)
- Prior experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus
