As a guide, you’ll lead private, personalized walking tours, share authentic stories, and create memorable experiences for travelers. No official guide license is required — just passion, local knowledge, and great communication skills.

**Role Overview**
- **Position**: Freelance Tour Host / Local Guide
- **Location**: San Sebastian
- **Contract Type**: Freelance
- **Compensation**: €120/day + performance-based bonuses
- **Schedule**: Fully flexible — set your own hours
- **Training**: One-day onboarding included

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead engaging private walking tours for individuals or small groups
- Share stories, traditions, and cultural insights about San Sebastian
- Adapt tours to guest interests and pace
- Ensure a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience
- Represent Guydeez with professionalism and warmth

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of San Sebastian’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and culture
- Fluency in at least one language: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, or others
- Comfortable hosting tours of 3-8 hours
- Friendly, engaging, and reliable personality
- Bonus: passion for food and gastronomy (highly valued for culinary tours)
- Prior experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus, but not required
