Nous recrutons des experts en technologie pour assister les utilisateurs d'une entreprise leader mondial dans les services technologiques. L'expérience nous a appris qu' aimer et connaître la technologie est nécessaire. Les experts qui réussissent le mieux sont ceux qui aiment l'internet et sont à l'aise pour faire des recherches en ligne.
En tant qu'expert en support technique, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:
- Analyser et évaluer les configurations de compte spécifiques des utilisateurs et les interactions précédentes pour recommander des solutions.
- Résoudre les questions techniques, y compris les questions relatives aux logiciels, au matériel et à la logistique.
- Faire remonter les problèmes complexes et fournir le motif de l'escalade.
**Requirements**:
**Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir**:
- Un niveau natif de français et un niveau C1 d'anglais.
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de la relation client (B2B ou B2C).
- Expérience préalable dans le domaine du support client multicanal
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement de travail axé sur les objectifs et les indicateurs de performances.
- Excellentes capacités d'écoute et de communication, écrites et verbales
- Capacité avérée à résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes.
- Attention particulière aux détails
