Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un Senior Analyst para la oficina de Málaga, con capacidad de organización para gestionar varios proyectos a la vez. Candidatos que tengan ilusión, compromiso, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, precisión y rigor en el manejo de información.

Las principales funciones son la gestión de proyectos, elaboración y supervisión de modelos financieros, propuestas y documentos de venta, análisis estratégicos, presentaciones a cliente, etc. liderando y formando al equipo de trabajo en transacciones de activos en el ámbito residencial (Suelo y Build to rent) y terciario (inversión oficinas y logístico) y de consultoría estratégica en el sector inmobiliario, asi como de operaciones corporativas,.

Para poder optar al puesto, es imprescindible contar con experiência profesional de al menos 3 años en consultoría en el sector inmobiliario.

Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas adicionales al inglés, manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas, cursos especializados.

**Requisitos**:
Titulado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, dobles titulaciones, Ingenieros con MBA, Arquitectos. Se valorará formación de postgrado en el sector inmobiliario.

Experiência mínima de 3 años en el sector inmobiliario.

Nível de inglés C1 o superior.

Nível avanzado en Excel (modelización), Word y Power Point

- Horario**: L-J de 9:00h a 14:00h y de 15:00h a 19:00h. V de 8:00h a 15:00h. Jornada intensiva del 1 de julio al 15 de septiembre (8:00h a 15:00h).
