**HR Information Systems Analyst**

**Working from one of our Ebury offices: Bucharest / Madrid / Malaga / Warsaw / Sofia**

As the HRIS Analyst you will be reporting into the Manager of HR SSC (Shared Services Centre). This role will be a Specialist position where you will support and own the creation, improvement, audit and reporting of HR information systems - preferred experience in HiBob and ZenDesk. You will ensure the system functions appropriately against business processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

- Provide expert knowledge in implementing, maintaining, and overall administration of the HiBob and Zendesk platform's business processes and security configuration
- Responsible for configuring changes to security setup within HiBob & ZenDesk as assigned
- Assist IT with integration of other platforms within the existing HRIS
- Help release issues, risks, deployment requests and change requests to a given release.
- Manage updates to any necessary IT / business documentation and ensure appropriate communications to the business
- Owner & main point of contact for HRIS systems

Required skills:

- Previous experience as an HRIS Analyst / Specialist with at least 3 years of working experience in this field - experience in HiBob and/ or ZenDesk would be an advantage
- Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Work on projects and fast paced environments.
- Flexible, resourceful and highly adaptable
- Works on own initiative, gets things done, team player
- Ability to influence senior management, confident and able to gain credibility
