Our Product Management team plays a crucial part in this mission contributing to the development of our product by translating business needs into technical product requirements. You will join our team based in Palma, all together we will contribute to create the most valuable experience to our customers

**Main responsibilities**:

- Define the product vision, business requirements and conception in detail via user stories acting as Product Owner for several projects.
- Collaborate in product launch activities and user training with the support of Customer Success team.
- Gather and analyze product consumption metrics to detect development gaps and opportunities.
- Listen to market trends and challenges to find new potential functionalities to help our clients grow their business.
- Translate business needs into technical product requirements.

**How will you do it?**
- You will work closely with our IT, Product Design and Commercial team, around 38 enthusiastic colleagues
- Laptop, keyboard, headphones, 2 screens all what you need to work comfortable will be provided.

**About you...**
- +3 years of experience in a similar product management role. Hotels and Suppliers background in the tourism industry will be a plus.
- Keen on research and analysis.
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude towards new challenges, anticipating and overcoming potential issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within technological products. Strong organizational skills.
- Experience on project management tools as Jira
- Oriented to processes documentation.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail. Great in building strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners.
