You will play a central role in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, working cross-functionally to align business needs with strategic objectives while bridging the gap between business and technical teams.**Job Responsibilities*** Define and maintain the product Roadmap based on the stakeholder needs, business goals and market insights.* Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria.* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, timely delivery, and smooth implementation.* Understand and communicate the impact of API´s, Middleware and Platform Architecture on product capabilities and integration.* Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical cost in collaboration with stakeholders* Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement.* Act as a strategic partner to sales, customer success and market teams.**Required Skillset and Experience*** 4+ years experience of product management experience in a B2B SaaS Environment.* Strong understanding and proven working experience with technical concepts such as API´s, Integrations, middleware, and cloud based platforms.* Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams in Agile Scrum environments.* Experience translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions* Comfortable navigating cross-functional conversations and leading without authority* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision making skills* Advanced English and Spanish is required for this role*At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
