Company Description

We are looking for a Technology Business Manager, to execute the TBM function for the BTS organisation (Business Technology Services). You will run, maintain and continuously improve key financial processes such as planning and reporting for BTS Product lines. Through the TBM solution, you will communicate the drivers of the Bill of IT and the respective allocation to relevant business functions and marketplaces.

The IT Operations Excellence product line provides lean governance and manages the BTS product / project portfolio, incl. managing the transition to new ways of working and overseeing quality, compliance and business recharge.
The following design elements will help to achieve the mission: Strategic demand & portfolio management, Guardrails to provide ‘freedom within a frame’ governance, Capacity-based funding, re-allocated quarterly, Outcome-based model with measurable OKRs.

**You will**:
Continuously improve and manage the monthly process for our cost transparency framework or Technology Business Management (TBM)
Contribute to the TBM strategy and objectives together with senior business, finance and IT leaders
Support users on how to use TBM efficiently

**Embed TBM in the relevant management processes**: budgeting, planning, cost and service reviews
Ensure alignment across the TBM Team including cost allocation, reporting, requirement management, user support and training, technical tool configuration, data management, ad hoc analytics etc.
Support the execution, implementation, change management and communication of relevant improvement projects within IT, across business units, central teams and senior stakeholders
Ensure alignment across the IT organisation and finance team on FP&A processes and support on financial topics
