**Descripción del Puesto**
Como **SAP Manufacturing Stream Leader**, serás el líder encargado del diseño, construcción y configuración de aplicaciones dentro del área de Manufacturing. Actuarás como el principal punto de contacto, asegurando la implementación efectiva de soluciones y la toma de decisiones estratégicas para la optimización de procesos.

**Responsabilidades**
- Liderar el diseño, construcción y configuración de aplicaciones en el área de Manufacturing.
- Servir como punto de referencia en la toma de decisiones para el equipo y colaborar con múltiples equipos.
- Asegurar el rendimiento óptimo del equipo y la calidad de las soluciones implementadas.
- Brindar soluciones innovadoras a problemas dentro del equipo y en diversas áreas.
- Desarrollar estrategias para optimizar el diseño y la configuración de aplicaciones.
- Liderar y asesorar a un equipo de desarrolladores.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares y mejores prácticas en el desarrollo y configuración de SAP.

**Requisitos Obligatorios**:

- Dominio avanzado de SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.
- Conocimientos sólidos en SAP PLM (también conocido como SAP EPD).
- Alta experiência en SAP PP (Production Planning).
- Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples equipos y coordinar esfuerzos en distintos níveles.
- Experiência en la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación.
