We’re looking for an experienced **Restaurant Manager** to lead the day-to-day operations of one of Madrid’s most elegant all-day dining destinations, set within a brand new five-star hotel.

This is a fully operational role - we’re after a visible, floor-based leader who sets the tone from service to service, breakfast through to nightcap. You’ll manage a high-performing team, uphold impeccable standards, and create a seamless experience that reflects the luxury of its surroundings.

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Experience managing restaurant/s within luxury 5-star hotels
- A floor-first approach and visible leadership style
- Strong presence across all day-parts: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service
- Excellent guest interaction and service recovery skills
- The ability to lead and develop a team with clarity and consistency
- Full fluency in Spanish and English
- High attention to detail, from table settings to team standards

You’ll work closely with the F&B leadership team and be the heartbeat of this refined, fast-paced operation. If you're passionate about guest experience and know what true luxury service looks like, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: 50,000.00€ - 51,000.00€ per year
