Your experience

Experience required:

- Bachelor in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
- Experience in financial services or consulting.
- English min. C1 level.
- Self-motivated, highly adaptive and able to work well in a demanding environment.
- Desired experience in Strategy, Chief of Staff or Business Development roles.

**Skills**:

- Analytical and self-starter.
- Self-driven to be able to lead specific workstreams.
- Team player.
- Ability to understand CIB products, make hypothesis, and make proposals in a structured way.
- Capacity to digest multiple sources of information and identify / synthesize key points.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and ability to create relationships with different business areas.
- Critical thinker.
- Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint.

**Overview**

About the area

Provides advice and strategic support to CIB Top Management, participating in the development of strategic business plans, and supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and commercial plans.

About the job

The mission of the Strategy team is to serve as an in-house consulting team, proactively proposing initiatives to drive continuous improvement in business line functions, primarily focused on driving P&L impact.

Among others, the Strategy team is responsible for:

- Identifying and defining growth initiatives, customer servicing models, commercial systematics and efficiency initiatives.
- Promote the monitoring and coordination of CIB's key strategic plans, implementing governance models to track key strategic lines.
- Address all Chief of Staff functions required by the Head of CIB, providing support as necessary, encompassing but not limited to the preparation of management presentations and reports, as well as regulatory requirements.
