P and L Production Support Specialist BA Senior

Key Responsibilities
Track analyze and resolve production incidents; communicate status updates to stakeholders
Schedule and monitor processes orchestrated in Control M ensuring timely and accurate execution
Fine-tune performance of production processes for optimal efficiency and reliability
Maintain thorough records of incidents and resolutions using Service Now and ticket management systems
Collaborate within an agile squad facilitating communication and support across teams
Quickly grasp and manage complex information related to financial derivatives Market Risk and P and L
Propose and document user stories or evolutions to the P and L platform

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in production support of critical batch processes IT operations or similar technical role
Proficient in SQL and Excel for data analysis and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience tracking and managing batch processes with Control M Job as Code is desirable
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator fluent in both English and Spanish written and spoken
Ability to work collaboratively within an agile team environment
Experience in the financial sector especially with financial derivatives

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Familiarity with information originated in Murex big data technology Cloudera Databricks Airflow Spark Scala analytics platforms such as Activevian MARS Qlik
Knowledge in Market Risk P and L platforms
Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
