**TEAM LEAD - PRODUCT MANAGEMENT PHARMA SOUTH**: Our team in **Granollers** currently has an opening for a **Team Lead - Product Management Pharma South** > **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Leadership - Lead high performing team of Product Managers, remote and on-site - Product Management - Sourcing and introduction of new products - Close interactions with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and business success - Vendor Management - Management of product/industry specific suppliers - Develop and execute vendor specific business plans - Prepare and conduct business reviews with internal and external stakeholders - Price negotiations with suppliers & price management - Various - Participation in team meetings, regional trade shows and joint customer visits with suppliers and sales **YOUR PROFILE**: - Degree in Management, Science, Supply Chain or related discipline - Good presentation skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal - Sound computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP Systems - Ability to lead and inspire others combined with the drive to collaboratively achieve goals and develop teams and individuals - Entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to collaboratively grow in a dynamic environment - Availability to travel internationally if required - Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Chemical Distribution/Production environment are considered a plus **OUR OFFER**: > **INTERESTED?**:
