We're looking for a **Global** **Senior Recruiter** to join our dynamic, global Talent Acquisition team and contribute to leading our talent initiatives into the future.

**What you'll do**:
- Take ownership of end-to-end talent attraction and acquisition globally (we operate in more than 100 countries, your exposure will be truly global).
- Partner closely with senior leadership to build and execute talent strategies that align with the company's global vision and priorities.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring that our workforce is adaptable, resilient, and aligned with organizational changes.
- Provide strategic consultation to hiring managers, guiding them in making informed talent decisions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps.
- Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent.
- Leverage data-driven approaches to continuously improve talent pipelines, evaluate success metrics, and optimize performance.

**What you need for this role**:
- 5-7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, global environments.
- Proven experience in change management and implementing strategic initiatives that align with evolving business goals.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while taking full accountability for outcomes.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- A deep understanding of global talent trends.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on long-term talent planning as well as day-to-day operational excellence.
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovative thinking, with a commitment to driving organizational success.
