At **NETENDERS** we are looking for a new **Legal Counsel** to join our team We want someone who is used to interact in different cultural places, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment. **As a legal counsel at Netenders you will**:

- Provide legal advice in corporate matters with a special focus on** e-commerce**, consumer, personal data protection and online marketing laws and regulations. Support for existing business models as well as new ones.
- Managing legal and compliance matters to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while minimizing risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Reporting legal risks to the Board of Directors.
- Prepare and review, NDAs, contracts, legal texts as well as other documents to help and support the business growth and expand.
- Ensure adequate response to inquiries from regulatory authorities concerning the company's operation in different market niches.
- Assisting in the establishment and reviewing of the corporate policies.
- Create branches, bank accounts and dedicated payment methods

**We are sure that you have**:

- Degree in Law and proven experience (no less than 6 years) in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- **Strong background in e-commerce**, consumer, privacy, and online marketing.
- Strategic vision. Excellent ability to analyze and assess processes, spot issues and propose/implement solutions to effectively support business strategies.
- Communicate and negotiate with external third parties (partners, providers, layers, public bodies, etc..)
- Proactivity and ability to work freely with mínimal supervision to accomplish business goals and mitigate risks.
- Fluent in Spanish, English and **French**.

**It will be a plus if you have**:

- Knowledge in intellectual property and/or information security.
- Knowledge of international laws and regulations related to corporate matters (e.g USA).
- Knowledge of international data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, HIPPA, DPAct,), regulations and practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow-through on numerous projects simultaneously and adaptability to planned or unplanned changes.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A strong team spirit.

- Competitive fix salary (35k) + commission
- Full time job: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday / 09:00 - 15:00h on Friday
