**About The Opportunity**
- Advising at C-level and Senior Management on legal issues and risks which are relevant for the strategic and business planning.
- Work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel.
**You Will be Challenged To**
- Provide counsel to all business units on legal, compliance and regulatory matters.
- Provide commercially aware, multi-jurisdictional legal advice within a complex regulatory financial services & FinTech environment.
- Advise and support the company’s funding rounds and any other commercial operations and M&A, as well as the corporate governance.
- Deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Ownership and autonomy on tasks on projects assigned.
**What You Bring To The Table**
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Law from EU/UK countries
- Post-graduate/Masters Law degree (preferably on EU/international Law or FinTech)
Career Experience
- 4+ years of experience in multinational companies, law offices specialised in the financial services and/or commercial law.
- Paralegal - Legal Counsel - Attorney-at-law - Legal and/or Compliance Officer or similar
Legal Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge on international corporate law matters, including but not limited to: company law, contract law, corporate governance, data protection, intellectual property, etc
- Regulatory compliance knowledge on the financial services sector, if possible including AML.
Languages
- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish and/or French
