Nos encontramos en un momento clave de crecimiento e innovación y estamos buscando a un/a **Strategic Communication Planner**con la misión principal de**liderar la planificación y ejecución de estrategias de comunicación alineadas con los objetivos comerciales. Será el nexo entre los equipos de Ventas (B2B y B2C) y el área Creativa, asegurando la correcta implementación de iniciativas de comunicación y la supervisión de contenido con un enfoque estratégico.

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades principales?**
- Colaborar con el equipo de Ventas para identificar necesidades y transformarlas en planes estratégicos de comunicación.
- Coordinar la operativa del equipo creativo, supervisando tareas, plazos y distribución de responsabilidades.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de comunicación que impulsen el conocimiento de marca y la conversión de clientes.
- Asegurar la alineación del mensaje en todos los puntos de contacto internos y externos.
- Supervisar la producción y calidad de contenido para diferentes plataformas y audiencias B2B y B2C.
- Monitorear métricas de impacto y optimizar estrategias según resultados.
- Presentar informes y propuestas de mejora a la Dirección del área Creativa.
- Coordinar equipos como Copywriters, Agencias Creativas y Brand externo.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Licenciatura/Grado en Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas o áreas afines.
- Valorable, especialización o formación en Branding, Comunicación Corporativa o Ventas.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en roles de comunicación o marketing con un enfoque en ventas B2C y/o B2B.
- Experiência gestionando equipos y trabajando con áreas comerciales.
- Conocimientos en moda.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
