**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- We are looking for a nurse with research experience for doing tasks in the DM1-Heart project of the Neuromuscular Research Group of Barcelona (GRENBA) at the IGTP.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Explaining the study to patients and obtaining informed consent.
- Collaborating with the unit’s neurologists to collect clinical data, including performing electrocardiograms (ECGs).
- Performing blood sample extractions.
- Entering and maintaining study data in Excel.
- Monitoring the prospective follow-up of the study.
- Coordinating and scheduling the patients’ follow-up visits.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE**:

- Nursing diploma
- Skills in blood extraction and electrocardiogram acquisition
- Used to work with patients and to pass scales
- 2 years of previous experience in hospital work
- Excel skills
- It would be positively evaluated the participation in previous research projects.

- Indefinite contract ( Contracte indefinit per activitats científico-tècniques, llei 14/2011)

The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public research centre located in Badalona. Its main objective is to increase scientific knowledge in order to transform it into solutions to improve the health and medical care of patients and the community.
