**The position**

The Executive Director of Faculty & Accreditations will be working on the recruitment, assignment, assistance and monitoring of the Law School adjunct and full time faculty for undergraduate and graduate programs.

The Executive Director of Faculty & Accreditations will also be responsible for the accreditation process of the Law School’s undergraduate and graduate programs and will be collaborating with IE University’s Quality & Accreditation Office.

We are looking for a highly organized professional, motivated and team oriented to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Faculty Office responsibilities**

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assisting the area director on the recruitment process of adjunct faculty.
- Coordination of the adjunct faculty training program.
- Monitoring the adjunct faculty experience and performance.
- Coordination with the program directions on the faculty experience and faculty performance.
- Coordination with the planning department on the scheduling of the academic year.
- Working on the improvement of processes related to the Faculty Office.

**Quality & Accreditation responsibilities**

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Coordination, implementation and reporting of data and other quality assurance elements.
- Drafting of the corresponding reports to be filed with the Spanish Education Authorities.
- Coordination of the filing of the reports with IE University’s Quality & Accreditation Office.
- Working on the improvement of processes related to the Quality & Accreditation.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of Spanish and English, good communication skills.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience, ideally in the education management sector.
- Strong project management capabilities.
