**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- General coordination of the requested work and definition of how the work will be carried out to meet the objectives set by the different stakeholders.
- Planning and management of project resources/risks.
- Daily informative and operational dialogue and escalation with those responsible for the different services involved.
- Validation and supervision of the technical teams involved during the development of the works.
- Document management.
- Cost management.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

- Control and monitoring of suppliers for the provision of services.
- Control the defined level of availability of the services provided, as well as ensure compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (ANS).
- Continuous improvement of services.
- Implementation of actions to improve the efficiency and reduce the costs of IT Services
- Document management.
- Cost management.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Technical knowledge of front-end/middle-end/back-end infrastructure layers to assist teams with troubleshooting.
- ITIL v4 best practices for businesses and individuals for business transformation and strategic IT.
- PMP/Prince certification.
- Front-end (apache / nginx)
- Middle-end (tomcat / weblogic / jboss)
- Middlware WSO2 / OIM
- backend (postgre / mysql / oracle 10g to 19c)
- Checkpoint / f5
- Infrastructure (blade technology [HP, Fujitsu, Dell]) hyperconvergency (nutanix)
- Vmware / acropolis
- Storage Dell-EMC / NetAPP
- Backup (NetBackup)
