Para ello, buscamos a una persona que combine visión técnica, compromiso con la sostenibilidad y capacidad de gestión para liderar el área de **infraestructura y mantenimiento**.

**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
Serás la persona responsable de que todo funcione como debe, tanto a nível de mantenimiento de instalaciones como en la gestión de proyectos, equipos, medioambiente y seguridad.

**Tus principales responsabilidades**:

- **Gestión de infraestructura (Facility Management)**: coordinación de mantenimiento, seguimiento de proyectos y mejoras en las instalaciones.
- **Gestión medioambiental y residuos**: coordinación con servicios externos, cumplimiento normativo y mantenimiento de certificaciones **ISO**.
- **Seguridad en el trabajo**: supervisión de los servicios de prevención ajenos y cumplimiento de normativa en PRL.
- **Gestión de equipos**: coordinación y liderazgo de personal propio y subcontratas.
- **Calidad**: seguimiento y mejora continua en colaboración con servicios externos (sistema de calidad ISO).
- **Informática**: supervisión del contrato de mantenimiento informático.

**¿Qué buscamos en ti?**
- Formación técnica, preferiblemente en **ingeniería** o similar.
- Experiência demostrable en áreas como: electricidad, climatización, sistemas contra incendios, comunicaciones, seguridad, edificación, obras y gestión de residuos.
- Conocimiento de **sistemas de gestión de calidad y medioambiente (ISO 9001 / 14001)**.
- Inglés avanzado (vas a tener contacto con clientes y proveedores internacionales).
- Capacidad para planificar, priorizar, liderar y negociar con eficacia.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con organismos oficiales.

**Se valorará especialmente si además**
Tienes formación o experiência en el entorno marítimo, naval, puertos o yates.

Sueldo: 42.000,00€-46.000,00€ al año
