**Job responsibilities**
Provide support on the development and successful delivery of scientific publications, as well as medical information plans, in collaboration with the agency of record (AOR).
- Management and execution of tactical plans as well as operational support for publications/medical information, which includes the development and/or management of publication/medical information tactics, planning, and coordination with agencies, tracking and managing timelines and progress, following up with internal/external stakeholders/agencies, and budget monitoring.
- Development of author agreements/CDAs, managing reviews & releases, regular communications to cross-stakeholders on updates and/or alerts, etc.)
**Qualifications**
**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
- Master’s degree in a Scientific Field with on top education in the area of Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent, would be highly valued.
- English fluent in written, reading, speaking. Spanish/ German or other language would be a plus, but not a must
- At least three years’ experience in Medical Information/Medical Publication Management/Medical Affairs.
- At least three years of proven success in Medical-/ Scientific Operations Management preferably in a Big Pharma, or publication agency working with Big Pharma
- Solid project management skills
- Have a service-oriented and organized mindset
