SCIENTIFIC PROJECT & KOL MANAGER
BARCELONA
Olistic, a rapidly growing nutraceutical company, is seeking a highly qualified Scientific Project & KOL Manager in Barcelona. If you are a healthcare professional with experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), have a strong command of English, and are enthusiastic about joining a young company with great potential, we want to get to know you
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders (KOLs, scientific experts) to ensure the effective utilization of expert scientific knowledge at Olistic.
- Assist the Medical Director in planning and overseeing scientific activities and events, catering to both expert and lay audiences.
- Strategize and establish innovative collaborative projects with scientific KOLs, both offline and online, within and outside of Spain.
- Identify new medical/scientific KOL opportunities within and outside of Spain, exploring avenues for collaboration.
- Develop and curate scientific content for all Olistic social media platforms and website, in alignment with brand and design guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the DTC, B2B, and Commercial functions to identify visibility and synergy opportunities.
- Prepare presentations while ensuring the involvement of all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the scientific integrity of assigned trials.
- Stay updated on new developments in the nutraceutical field.
- We are looking for
- A post-graduate degree in Life Sciences.
- Fluency in Spanish and English at a business proficiency level.
- Relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or clinical medicine sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering internal and external relationships on a national and international level.
- Proficiency in writing articles and posts with scientific content and translating them into consumer-friendly language.
- High intrinsic motivation, a positive and proactive work attitude.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and explore more innovative approaches.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to manage continuously changing priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and highly dynamic environment. Compartir Posición / Share Position
