This role is for a **Service Owner - Project Manager** to join the **Product team**, responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions of the company's products. The core mission is to manage demand from different business units, **balancing business needs with technical constraints**. A "service" is defined as any multimedia project (like guidance, staff augmentation, or bug fixing) that leverages the company's expertise in multimedia technologies and GStreamer, but is not directly related to other business units. Key Responsibilities As a Service Owner, you will **lead and manage a multidisciplinary team** to ensure the **on-time delivery of value**. The main responsibilities are: - **Delivery & Consulting Ownership**: Supervise the service delivery lifecycle from inception to closure, ensuring quality deliverables and managing client expectations and conflicts. - **Squad Management**: Lead, motivate, and guide the development team on **Agile practices** and self-organization. You will drive **continuous improvement** through retrospectives, eliminating waste, and promoting the use of AI tools. You'll also facilitate conflict resolution. - **Operational Management**: Translate the Technical Product Manager's vision into operational criteria, **prioritize tasks** based on business needs vs. technical constraints, and monitor compliance with service agreements. You must also **deliver weekly team performance data** and insights to senior management. Required Qualifications - ** Education**: University degree in the IT field. - **Experience**: - **4+ years** in software development, including **2+ years** in professional Project Management, Product Ownership, or as a Scrum Master. - Experience managing highly complex projects that require a technical background and involve cross-functional teams. - Deep knowledge of the product life-cycle and **Agile** project management methodologies. - **2+ years** of experience managing relationships with clients. - **Hard Skills**: Project Management, basic Linux knowledge, GIT workflows, user-level CI/CD understanding, and **advanced Jira and Confluence** usage. - **Languages**:English** and **Spanish**. - **Highly Valued**: Scrum Master, Product Owner, ISTQB/TMap, or PMP/Project Management post-graduate certificates.
