**Position Purpose**:
The Payroll Administrator supports and processes internal client payrolls on a timely basis, answer client questions, and assist the International Payroll Specialists and Implementation team.
**Key Job Activities**:
Advice on the most specific labor contract modality. Prepare all the documents necessaries for the incorporation and termination of employee, and communications to the social security and the country labor systems of control (SEPE). Completes data entry into Microsoft Dynamics (LABOR).
Prepare and balance all the payment runs per compliance requirements (payroll, extraordinary payments, settlements, etc.,). Includes performing audits using the reporting tools available and in accordance with guidelines set by the department. Works with local managers to resolve payroll and labor relation issues. Complete parameterization of the payroll system, update of collective agreements and any other change labor conditions. Enters and audits payroll adjustments, manual checks, travel expenses and garnishment refunds in the payroll system as well as maintaining logs and spreadsheets to reconcile data and audit entries.
Audits payroll data entered by other team members. Investigates questionable data and takes corrective action as necessary
Prepare the mandatory monthly communications to the social security and Treasury Public Estate, and balance and documented the final reports to send to Accounting Department. Prepare the monthly documentation for the Special Employment Centres subsidies.
Preparing and distributing payroll reports to management.
Payroll systems training (including WFN Time & Attendance), as necessary.
Verification of daily work hours records, and their adaptation to legal regulations.
Control of contracts, maternity paternity, licenses and any other labor expiration dates.
Preparation of necessary documentation for labor lawsuits and labor authority.
Ensures payroll accuracy by maintaining a practical knowledge and understanding of company policies, procedures and pay rules.
**Experience (North America & LATAM)**:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Labor Relations.
**Experience (EMEAA)**:
Preferred Experience: Broad extensive knowledge of theories and techniques of a function.
Years of experience preferred: 2-4 years.
