**Valk Solar Systems Ibérica is expanding and is looking for a fulltime account manager. Do you want to work for a family owned, innovative and technical company? A fast-growing international company that contributes to the global energy transition? Then we would like to meet you**
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for solar mounting structures in the Ibérica region.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, including solar installers, EPC companies, and distributors.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage key accounts by making offers, technical calculations and helping them in the logístical process.
- Increase sales throughout our distributors by showing installers the advantages of our mounting systems.
- Delivering profitable growth, through the conversion of offers into orders.
- Finding new distributors and EPC companies in Ibérica.
- Scheduling appointments and visiting new and existing customers for commercial and technical purposes.
- Coordinating and attending trade shows and training events.
- Working closely with the Country Manager Ibérica and colleagues from the Dutch head office.
- Propose improvements for internal and external processes and software tools.
- Be aware of market trends/changes and look for opportunities.
- Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by self-learning and attending training and company meetings.
**What do we look for?**:
We look for an ambitious colleague with a minimum of 2 years’ role in a commercial Business to Business environment. Experience in the building or electrical sector, preferably in the solar PV sector. A commercial orientated person with a good level of technical knowledge.

- Effective communications skills
- Strong sense of customer satisfaction

- Planning and organizing skills
- IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Driving license
- Willing to travel throughout Ibérica on a regular basis
Languages: Spanish (fluently) and English (very good) spoken and written, Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
