**Role Overview**:
Are you a social media enthusiast with a flair for creativity and storytelling?

We’re seeking a passionate and innovative Social Media Manager Intern to elevate our Instagram and Facebook presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and is eager to craft captivating content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness. As a key player in our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape Paapaya’s voice and visual identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1: Content Creation: Develop and curate visually stunning and engaging content tailored specifically for Instagram and Facebook, including posts, stories, and reels.

2: Brand Strategy: Implement and manage innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

3: Community Management: Interact with our followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a strong and engaged community.

4: Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Instagram and Facebook content, using insights to refine and improve future strategies.

5: Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices on Instagram and Facebook to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- **Social Media Savvy**: Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- **Creativity**: A keen eye for design and a creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Graphic Design Skills**: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable.
- **Passion for Sustainability**: A genuine interest in sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
