The channel owner Social Media & Search will work in the central Digital Marketing Excellence team. This central team makes sure all the marketeers of SD Worx have the right tools, knowledge and insights to execute their marketing activities in the most efficient and effective way throughout the whole marketing funnel.

As a Channel Owner Social Media & Search you will work close together with other channel owner, domain experts and local marketeers.

**Your challenge ahead**
- You will define the Social Media strategy (social advertising, social ambassadorship programs,) and Search strategy (SEO & SEA) for SD Worx over the different countries in Europe together with your stakeholders.
- You will create the right tactical framework with the right KPI’s, processes, tools and reporting so marketeers can use the channels in an optimal way to reach their goals.
- You will help to set & improve performance KPIs across markets together with local marketeers for a defined set of channels and platforms
- You provide training, support and best practices to the local marketeers so they become channel experts as well.
- You follow up on the latest trends in your domain to spot interesting opportunities for SD Worx.

**What do you have to offer?**
- +3 years of experience in a similar role
- You are able to design and advocate a strategic framework for (paid & organic) search and social media channels.
- You have advanced experience with the following channels: Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- You have experience in managing and optimizing ads on platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta and Linkedin.
- SEO experience (SEO strategy, keyword analysis, on-page optimization, ,) is a plus. You know how to measure & communicate about the performance and ROI of social media and search.
