**The Opportunity**:
You will be Process Street's first in-house data analyst. As a Data Analyst at Process Street, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success. Your main responsibility will be to understand the business and provide insights that will help shape the company's strategic objectives, product direction, growth goals, and retention strategies.

You will be responsible for producing insights using data analysis techniques such as performance drivers, retention analysis, and behavioral personas to help grow the business. Additionally, you will evangelize data analysis throughout the organization by using storytelling and creating easy-to-consume media to make complex data insights accessible to all stakeholders. You will partner with key cross-functional teams to optimize strategic decisions and build scalable tools and dashboards that assess the impact and improve decision-making.

Finally, you will expand the data culture within the organization by building new relationships, hosting learning sessions, and improving team processes to ensure that data is at the forefront of all decision-making processes.

Although this will start as an IC role, you will have ownership and autonomy from day 1. With delivering business value and strong results, you can anticipate short-term leadership potential

**What you'll do**:

- Understand Process Street's business and data architecture to support our next generation of product and data initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders across the business, including the leadership team to define strategic objectives, product direction, roadmaps, growth goals, retention strategies, etc.
- Evangelize data analysis through storytelling and easy-to-consume reporting for business teams to act on.
- Produce insights (e.g. performance drivers, retention analysis, behavioral personas) to help grow the business.
- Monitor, clean, and maintain data for high performance.
- Partner with the key cross-functional teams to optimize strategic decisions and build scalable tools (and dashboards) that assess the impact and improve decision-making.
- Expand the data culture by growing new relationships, hosting learning sessions, and improving team processes.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You have at least 4 years of experience in an analytical role, and you're comfortable with all aspects of data analysis.
- You've worked in a B2B SaaS company before, and you understand how to navigate self-serve and sales-led motions.
- You have hands-on experience building charts using BI Tools, writing SQL queries, and you're familiar with SQL and relational databases.
- You have a talent for telling stories with data, and you're skilled at distilling complex information into actionable insights that drive results.
- You know how to collect, clean, and analyze data, and you have an eye for identifying patterns and trends that others might miss.
- You're adept at data manipulation and cleaning, and you know how to ensure the accuracy and precision of analysis results.
- You have excellent communication skills, and you can effectively communicate complex data analysis results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- You have a keen eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in data, and you always make sure that analysis results are accurate and precise.
- You're a team player, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Product Managers, and the company leadership team.
- You're skilled at detecting patterns and turning them into a strategy that helps the business succeed.
