Overview Senior Data Analyst - Remote Work | REF# At BairesDev, we’ve been leading technology projects for over 15 years, delivering solutions to Google and other innovative companies. What you will do Conduct comprehensive data analyses, exploring large datasets to understand trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within application data management. Investigate system and monitoring alerts to identify and address potential service issues, collaborating with technical teams and external partners as needed. Apply expertise in ad tech and digital advertising to inform analysis and reporting, particularly in DSP operations. Lead initiatives to automate manual processes, increasing operational efficiency and accuracy. Regularly monitor and review reports and workflows, ensuring uninterrupted operations across various teams. Collaborate across departments, including development, product management, and finance, to address data discrepancies and support financial billing processes. Develop and document robust data and software solutions, enhancing the organization’s data management capabilities. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in data management roles, particularly in supporting complex data solutions. Experience in data analytics within the digital advertising media sector. Leadership skills with experience in guiding and assisting team members in a multicultural, remote environment. Proficient with SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel. Ability to triage and prioritize issues effectively. Experience in Finance and Billing analytics. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Advanced level of English. What we offer 100% remote work (from anywhere).
