**What you will do**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Systems, you will step into the vital role of Salesforce Development Team Lead. You will guide and mentor our hands-on team of developers and administrators responsible for building, configuring, and deploying solutions on our Salesforce platform. Your mission is to provide expert technical coaching, ensure the quality of all development work, and empower your team to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

- Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of internal and external Salesforce developers and administrators, empowering them to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, establishing and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and architectural integrity.
- Manage development sprints and deployment processes within an agile framework to ensure the timely and effective delivery of all tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Systems Architecture team to translate designs into actionable technical tasks for your team.
- Uphold a high standard of quality for all delivered solutions through rigorous code reviews and robust testing protocols.

**Who you are**
**_ Essential_**
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, with at least two years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- A proven ability to provide content-related coaching and technical guidance to a team of developers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and managing development sprints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A meticulous approach to quality assurance and technical governance.
- Business-level fluency in English.

- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and/or Billing).
- Experience working in a globally distributed team.
- Familiarity with various Salesforce integration tools and patterns.
