**#About the role**
We are looking for a seasoned Head of People to take care of our global People Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. The Head of People will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with our company's goals and culture. Based in Madrid, you will be reporting directly into our Chief People Officer and work with a global scope for all our employees in Europe and America.
**#Responsibilites**
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures that align with our company's goals and culture.
- Manage and lead the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Identify and address HR-related issues and concerns, including employee engagement and morale, retention, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Work with leadership to ensure that our company's culture is maintained and promoted across all offices and remote teams.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations in all countries where we have employees.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**#Requirements**
- At least 6 years of experience in People teams, with sound knowledge of all relevant HR areas such as Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and HR programming.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience in a multi-country environment managing employees in different locations
- Solid leadership experience
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Excellent communicator, empathetic and with an employee-first mentality
- Comfortable with strategy as well as execution
- Outstanding prioritization and stakeholder management skills
- Thrives in the speed and chaos of a scale-up
- Ability to lead change-management initiatives
