Lead Product Data Scientist

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Lead Product Data Scientist** to drive strategic impact across our Data Science team at **Heetch**. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities, ensuring our data initiatives empower teams to make smarter decisions, optimize platform performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth. You will lead a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

**What Will You Do**:
**Leadership**: Provide mentorship and career guidance to data scientists, helping them reach their potential.

**Strategic Vision**: Influence team roadmaps and set priorities through insights and analysis.

**Technical Oversight**: Ensure quality and scalability of algorithms, data pipelines, and experiments.

**Cross-Team Collaboration**: Lead large-scale data projects across engineering, product, and business teams.

**Experimentation and Innovation**: Guide the design and analysis of experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to drive impactful decisions.

**Process Improvement**: Define and uphold data quality and governance standards.

**Challenges You Will Face**:
Balancing technical depth with strategic priorities.

Building and maintaining alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Navigating the competitive landscape of the mobility industry.

**About You**:
**Experience**: At least 5+ years of experience in data science, with 2+ years in a team lead or management role.

**Technical Expertise**: Advanced Python and SQL skills, with experience writing production-level code.

**Strategic Thinking**: Ability to identify opportunities for data-driven growth and efficiency.

**Communication**: Adept at presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

**Mentorship**: Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to deliver high-impact results.

**Experimentation Expertise**: Deep understanding of statistical methods, including A/B testing.

**Bonus**: Background in the mobility or tech industry is a plus.
