Descripción del trabajo TwentAI is partnering with a European-based AI scale-up to hire a Lead Data Scientist as they scale their AI platform and client delivery capability. With a team of 300+ and backing from a top 10 global VC firm, they work closely with enterprise clients to design and deploy impactful AI solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing. Responsabilidades Leading multiple AI initiatives across product development and delivery Owning product or solution verticals and driving measurable outcomes Leading and mentoring teams of data scientists and ML engineers Strong experience across Data Science, ML, and AI (Deep Learning, GenAI, MLOps) Proven track record delivering AI solutions in client-facing or product-led environments Experience leading or mentoring data science teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Requisitos Extensive experience in Data Science, ML, and AI, including Deep Learning, GenAI, and MLOps Demonstrated ability to deliver AI solutions in client‑facing or product‑led environments Leadership experience mentoring data science and ML engineering teams Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable outcomes Hybrid working with minimum of 2 days per week in the office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
