**The Work You’ll Do**:
The Sovos Intelligent Compliance Cloud is the only complete solution for modern tax, already trusted by half of the Fortune 500 and the world’s best companies. As a Global Account Executive at Sovos focussing on the DACH region, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team, with support from around the world, to sell our mission to Solve Tax For Good Consider a sales environment in which prospects return your calls and your solution is certain to be funded in the budget. That is what you’ll be selling here at Sovos. Our customers need what you sell in order to keep their business operational in the US, throughout Europe and around the world.
- What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?_
- Successfully develop new business in emerging global market, as well as effectively promote and sell Sovos products on German, Austrian and Swiss markets
- Effectively sell and promote Sovos' SaaS-based products and services
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales opportunities
- Deliver profitable new business revenue growth in assigned territory while meeting and exceeding revenue targets and relevant quotas
- Grow and manage a balanced pipeline across assigned territory achieving new business revenue growth
- Effectively build a year-over-year track record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches and managing complex sales into large enterprises

**What We Need From You**:
A successful Global Account Executive will be an all-around go-getter. If you are motivated by reward and recognition (in both competitive base salaries and an uncapped competitive commission structure) and have a high level of energy, persistence, and a strong desire to win, this position is for you
- 3+ years corporate selling experience
- proven SaaS sales experience
- knowledge of cloud based tax compliance solutions preferable
- Demonstrated success selling large enterprise opportunities with ability to navigate and manage complex sales cycles and relate and sell to c-level executives
- Proven targeting, prospecting, and closing skills while achieving or exceeding revenue quotas
- Business level fluency in both German and English essential
- Moderate travel is required for client meetings, trade shows, Sovos events, and special projects
