**Job Description**:
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa clients. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, VCA solves strategic problems and identifies opportunities for Visa’s issuers, acquirers and merchants. Our biggest asset is our people, and you’d be working closely with the Head of the Talent Practice to strengthen our people practices. Initially managing a range of talent focussed projects, you will work strategically with Subject Matter Experts, Culture and other unit teams to drive people engagement by embedding great people practices that are aligned with wider VCA strategy and enhance our core values. You will also be responsible to grow Value Added Services, products and solutions by building and executing a go to market approach for VCA consultants including best practices, training and even supporting project engagements.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced Consulting Strategy Project management including leadership skills to influence and drive cross-functional teams - Evidence of clear understanding of complex B2B sales processes - Understanding of people processes from acquisitions through career development - as a manager or other experience - Advanced storytelling, Data analysis (including Excel) and leverage of frameworks to better convey complex information - Self-motivation, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to ideate or refine existing processes and solutions - Effective communication, with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to present to audiences from different levels of seniority - Be team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible - Previous experience in a complex B2B Sales organisation is preferred. - Previous experience in strategy consulting and expertise in consulting methodologies preferred - Fluent in English (written & verbal), with knowledge of a second European language helpful but not essential
