Work in large-scale projects globally.Acquire a deep vision of the world of consulting and the financial sector.Work in teams to solve complex business problems faced by top tier financial institutions.Be responsible for structuring and carrying out essential research and analysis.Receive support to rapidly develop leadership and client management skills.What will help you succeed:Academic Background in Engineering, Economics, Business, Mathematics or Physics degree.Excellent academic record and eagerness to start a career in the financial sector.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.High capacity for teamwork and commitment.Ability to organize and manage deadlines.Being flexible, goal oriented and dynamic.Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.) is not required, although previous coding experience is a plus.Advanced user tools like MS Office Suite.Previous experience in the sector will be valued.Fluent in English and Spanish.
