**ROLE SUMMARY**:
We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive **Senior HR Generalist** to join our Central Services team at our **headquarters in Madrid**.

This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the HR function of a fast-paced, international organisation that places people at the heart of everything it does. **This is a temporary position, with the potential to be extended or made permanent depending on business needs.**

This is a hands-on role suited to a highly organised professional with a collaborative mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a strong service orientation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as a strategic HR partner to local school and corporate teams, aligning HR support with organisational goals.
- Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Spanish labour law and GDPR.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support performance reviews, staff development, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compensation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and prepare regular HR reports.
- Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, DEI, and Inspired group values.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- University Degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an international or multi-site environment.
- Fluency in **English and Spanish**, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in approach.
