**The EBMT is a non-profit medical and scientific organisation** **which hosts a unique patient registry** **providing a pool of data to perform studies and assess new trends.**

**Your mission**:
**Oversee the Registry and Membership helpdesk team and lead membership programs.**

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- ** Membership Development Strategy and Management**:design and execute strategies to attract, engage and retain members, ensuring a dynamic and thriving membership base.
- ** Registry and Membership Helpdesk Management**:lead and manage the Registry and Membership helpdesk team, ensuring they deliver exceptional support and timely resolutions to member inquiries.
- ** Leadership and Team Management**:lead and inspire the Membership Unit team, set clear objectives and performance benchmarks for team members, recruit and train new staff.
- ** Budget and Financial Oversight**:develop and manage the Membership Unit’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- ** Strategic Planning and Program Expansion**:contribute to the EBMT’s strategic planning with a focus on membership growth and innovation.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement and Representation**:build and nurture relationships with members, partners, sponsors and key stakeholders. Represent EBMT at conferences, meetings and other industry events to advocate for and promote membership initiatives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Masters’ degree in in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience leading people. Demonstrated team management skills, including experience managing helpdesk or support teams.
- Broad experience in project management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Good communication skills in English with a member-centric approach. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a multicultural environment.
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to identify critical insights and to prioritize
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on attitude
- Ability to negotiate and handle any issues with diplomacy and consideration
- Networking
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Some travelling (Annual Meeting and others, approx.5-10 days per year around EU

***Desirable**:

- Familiarized with Clinical knowledge and medical data (ideally HSC transplant programs and new cell therapies

- Salary: 43.231 - 50.343 euros gross per year (depending on experience
