We believe in creating spaces that inspire collaboration, creativity, and growth. As Membership Manager , you will lead the strategic development and growth of The Cover Club Barcelona.
Your role
is pivotal in attracting and retaining high-quality members, ensuring an exceptional experience, and cultivating a dynamic community aligned with our three pillars. You will also oversee a part-time Events & Member Relations Coordinator to deliver seamless programming and engagement. This is a highly visible, member-facing position requiring strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of lifestyle, luxury hospitality, and community-building.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth: Develop strategies to attract and retain members; manage the full membership lifecycle and CRM accuracy. Member Experience: Deliver a personalized, high-touch service; act as main contact and foster community culture. Events & Programming: Oversee event planning and execution; co-create an annual calendar and refine based on feedback. Partnerships: Build strategic collaborations with brands and institutions aligned with our pillars.
Operations & Finance: Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting; ensure compliance with standards and data protection. What we offer
Permanent Contract Start date: January 2026 Opportunity to lead the growth of a prestigious private members’ club. Creative autonomy and a dynamic, design-driven environment.
