Project Overview:
Intellias Spain is searching for an Office Manager for our office, located in Malaga city centre. The person will be responsible for the day-to-day management the office and supporting on-site and remote employees of the company, as well as clients during their visits, in their daily needs.

- Ensuring smooth operations of the office (managing the office supplies and supporting the newcomers and visitors);
- Being the main point of contact for the landlord of Malaga office and supporting co-working centres arrangements in other cities in Spain (where and when relevant);
- Being responsible for 3rd party vendors relations: from tenders (where and when required), to operational matters (courier services, office and stationary supply, catering, etc.);
- Liaise with other Group offices and staff on related activities (procurement and invoices processing, reporting, general coordination, processes improvement and projects implementation, events support, etc.);
- Preparing presentations, proposals and reports.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager (working in an IT company is a plus);
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English and Spanish;
- Advanced PC and internet user, knowledge of MS products (JIRA is a plus);
- Experience dealing with governmental bodies, Universities is a plus;
- Experience with new offices planning and launching is a plus;
- University diploma;
- Positive person with can-do approach;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people;
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously;
- Able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease;
- Able to prioritize and organize workload across the team ;
- Flexible, fast in reaction and decisive;
- Independent, self-organized, proactive and accountable.
