We are looking for a Data Scientist with Executive Management Skills.
We are looking for a professional who is responsible and accountable for managing, ensuring the quality and governance of organizational data, while also being capable of analyzing data to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:
- Proven experience in data management, data governance or ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational/non-relational databases.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: advanced excel, Python or R.
- Proficiency in Spanish/Catalan (C2) and English (B2/C1) at least.
**Desired**:
- Executive Management skills and excellent interpersonal relations.
- Communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.
