Overview:
The Data Management Executive maintains and evolves PepsiCo’s advanced data sets, ensuring their completeness and quality and resolving issues, as well as analysing them to identify trends and patterns.

The Executive is a part of 3-person team and collaborates with the broader Data & Analytics team focusing on the UK market. On top of the internal collaborations, the Data Management Executive will work closely with large external partners and client teams, helping to deliver data and insight.

**Responsibilities**:

- Governs the internal business processes to ensure that data is captured accurately & consistently (i.e. data cleansing).
- Owns the Trax image recognition data set (primary point of contact for the vendor delivering the system).
- Maintains the quality of the information that is widely used across the business (e.g. product & brand updates).
- Identifies & corrects data errors as part of the management of the ‘Product Data Master File’.
- Generates reports on emerging trends or anomalies.
- Performs regular data audits to proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
- Delivers ad-hoc analysis to the wider business (typically performance reporting requests).

Qualifications:

- Preferably 3 years’ experience working within similar position.
- Practical understanding of modern concepts & approaches to data management.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel to at least intermediate level.
- Experience with at least one master data management tool is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to business networks with a variety of individuals.
- Problem-solving mindset: readiness to help identify & resolve technical issues.
- Project management experience is a nice to have.
