**Job Purpose**:
Fluidra Digital EMEA is hiring a DevOps Developer within its overall software organization, reporting to the Digital B2B Platform Manager. This person will be in charge of the continuous integration, delivery and deployment of the software of the platform. That means helping and continuously improving the integration and delivery service. The DevOps engineer will work closely with the development teams to properly prepare the continuous integration and deployment of the software in each environment.

**Key Role**:

- The eSales solution based in Magento
- Product Information Management (PIM) based in inRiver
- Brand webs

The main purpose of the DevOps Developer role is to:

- Maintain and evolution of the infrastructure as code needed to deploy new functionalities on the system.
- There are 2 kinds of pipelines: GitLab pipelines for standalone software deployment and CDK framework for AWS service deployment. Small group of pipelines using Jenkins.
- Prepare the continuous integration of the software linked with the tools required to validate the quality of the code.
- Automate the integration coding on the stages from the code to build to deliver and deployment of the release.
- Troubleshoot the network issues once the system is up and running.
- Work close to the QA team to properly define the strategy to ensure the platform quality.

**Responsibilities**:
Our team needs to incorporate an agile and motivated person to:

- Understand the current tools used in our platform.
- Design and develop the pipelines for each environment.
- Automate the delivery process to simplify the deployments and rollbacks.
- Report progress, plans, and problems to upper management and other involved parties.

**Competences**:
The main skills of that role are:

- Infrastructure understanding with Cloud and On-Premise solutions.
- AWS Cloud Services knowledge (virtual machines, microservices, networking, endpoints, environments, infrastructure as code,)
- Continuous integration (GitLab, Jenkins, Code Pipeline )
- Continuous delivery
- Continuous deployment
- Infrastructure as Code (CDK framework, Cloud Formation)
- Coding languages (Python, Typescript, Shell )
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent English both written and verbal is a must have.
- Ability to think strategically, while diving into the details of data.
- Capabilities with JIRA, Powerpoint, GDrive and Service Desk

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Good background in defining, using and implementing pipelines (CI/CD/CD).
- Experience managing infrastructure, Cloud and On-Premise.
- Background in CI/CD Tools like Jenkins, GitLab
- Experience in a remote software development environment.
- Strong notions of security best practices.
- Previous exposure to large-scale systems design.
- Experience with Git: Version controlling to manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team.
- Report and document based on diagrams and text.
