**Descripción**:
From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a IT Lead for a stable project.

Job Responsibilities / Role:

- Taking full ownership of a portfolio of change related to one or more key products across several squads
- Delivering of the portfolio to time, budget and quality, along with reporting to senior management at several levels
- Training the development team on design patterns and performance strategies. Be passionate about making hands-on improvements

**Full remote**

**Requisitos**:

- You have designed and implemented fast and efficient heterogeneous solutions featuring horizontally scalable technologies using open source technologies.
- Experienced in BIAN Framework
- Experienced in Appian deliveries and an expert in software engineering and cloud
- Experienced in multiple aspects of Project Delivery/Management
- Strong Project Management and Agile Squad Management skills demonstrating successful product delivery in a fast paced environment
- Englsh level: C1

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- You have a passion for huge, scalable systems, databases, and the right technology for the job
- Broad experience of agile software development practices (Unit testing, Test driven development or CI/CD)
- You will have an awareness of Architecture Design Patterns and experience with micro-service deliveryh
