**Job Description**:
As Back office administrator for the Carrier Management team you will be responsible for specific centralized tasks to support the European Carrier Management Team. Main activity will be back office support in terms of Logistics suppliers, reporting, invoicing, performance follow up and Tenders.

Main Tasks - back office
- Vendors creation & modification process in all systems.
- Logistics vendors support.
- Tenders Management & support
- Maintenance of data in TMS. Standardization and clean up.
- Internal administrative tasks and processes. Documentation.
- Reporting
- Contribute to identify Cost savings in Transportation and efficiencies in Supply Chain.
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Propose efficiencies and eliminate waste in processes.
- Solve technical issues. Sharing knowledge within the team.

Qualifications:
Required: University degree

Desirable: Logistics related degree.
